Terms and Conditions for Monthly Newsletter Sign-up Competition

Competition Period:

• The competition is open for entries every month, starting at midnight (South Africa Standard Time) on the first day of the month and ending on the last calendar day of the month.

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

• Participants must be able to provide a South African address.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. The organizers reserve the right to query whether multiple email addresses were submitted by the same person.

• Employees and immediate family members of the organizer are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter:

• Participants must sign up for the newsletter using the form on the website.

• A valid email address is required.

3. Winner Selection & Prize:

• One winner will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.

• The prize is a full-size SmartHerbals Healthy Gut (non-transferable, no cash alternative).

• The winner will be contacted via the details provided. If unresponsive within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

• The winner must provide a physical address to allow the prize to be delivered. This address will only be shared with the courier to allow delivery.

4. Data Privacy & Marketing Consent:

• By entering, participants agree to provide their contact details for competition purposes.

• Entrants also consent to receive marketing material, special offers, and updates from the organizer.
